Terms and Conditions of Husky Diving

1. Introduction Welcome to Husky Diving. By enrolling in our courses or participating in any of our diving activities, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 8 years old to enroll in our programs. Minors require parental or guardian consent.

• All participants must complete a medical questionnaire and may be required to provide a physician’s clearance to participate.

• Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in open water.

3. Booking and Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be made at least 5 days before the start of the course or activity.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Credit or Debit Card .

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date are non-refundable.

• If a course is cancelled by Husky Diving due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants may reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Safety and Conduct

• All participants must follow the instructions of our certified dive instructors at all times.

• The use of alcohol or drugs before or during diving activities is strictly prohibited.

• Any participant found engaging in unsafe behavior may be removed from the course without a refund.

6. Equipment Use

• Rental equipment provided must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.

• Participants are liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment.

7. Liability and Insurance

• Husky Diving is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damages incurred during participation in our programs.

• Participants are advised to have personal dive insurance covering accidents and injuries related to scuba diving.

8. Media Consent

• By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during activities for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email address].

• Requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the course to be eligible for a full refund.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically 50%), at our discretion.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after the course start date or for no-shows.

11. Transfers and Substitutions

• You may transfer your booking to a different date or substitute a different participant up to 48 hours before the course begins, subject to availability and written approval.

12. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital course materials or access to online content that has already been delivered or downloaded is non-refundable.

• Custom or private training arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

13. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
